Classical Ballet is best known for its unique features and techniques, such as pointè work, turn-out of the legs, and high extensions.
Its graceful, flowing precise movements and
it's ethereal qualities.
Art De Dance specialise's all classes with a mixture of Vaganova, Cecchetti and RAD techniques as well as exams in the ATOD Classical Ballet Syllabi.
We encourage all students to practice Classical Ballet as it is the basis of perfecting all dance styles.

Contemporary Dance
Open Class 10yrs +
Contemporary dance classes are about producing dance in the most
natural alignment for the body.
We focus on freedom of the body, release and contraction exercises, Graham & Cunningham techniques, contact improvisation to help develop elements of dance; space, time & dynamics.

Acrobatics
Qualified Gymnastic coaches teaching a variety of Acrobatic skills in a safe environment. Skills are based on individual capabilities. Techical dance class must be taken before taking part in this class.

Body Fusion
A holistic way to strengthen, tone and rejuvenate the mind and body for people of
ALL ages and capabilities!
Range of Body Conditioning techniques & practices fused into an hour. Includes fundaments of Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais and Alexander Technique, to produce a great all round way to stretch, stabilise and control joint and muscle mobility in a fun and personalise approach!
